I've had Ichiban in texas, and this was not the same. Bland. Sushi was not fresh. And the salads were terrible. I usually love the salad with shredded crab and breadcrumbs. Disappointed.

first time ordering from here and definitely the last. not sure if this places hates doordash orders or if the quality was on par for them. Noodles were really dark in some spots and clumpy, the chicken was whiter than a sheet, smelled off and had an unpleasantly sweet sauce. The salad was brown and wilted and the clear soup looked more like dishwater. 0/10 would not recommend.

Ive probably had Filet and Shrimp hibachi from Ichiban 30 times before. This time it was peppered-so much pepper that it was spicy! I don't like spicy. Hibachi doesn't need pepper and it shouldnt be spicy. So expensive so it's extra disappointing.

Very disappointed The ginger sauce is awful! Used to be darker in color, thicker and delicious Now, thin watery and tasted like chemicals. Ruined my entire meal just awful. Very sad.
