Everything was delicious and decadent! The Triple Delight was amazing! The blue crab roll was unique and yummy! The various sushi was fresh and so tasty! And the miso soup and edamame simply good. And the dessert amazing!!

I am really disappointed with the food tonight. I used to love Ikigai and have eaten here many times, but the sushi was just not good or reflective of what I ordered this time. The Spider Roll (5pc) was made with imitation crab and salad instead of soft shell crab. The California roll was made with imitation crab instead of real crab. It was not worth the $65 I paid for it, and I dont know if I will return again.

I know that's not what they are going for at this restaurant, but good lord is their Teriyaki spectacular! Perfection. Their California rolls are also extremely delicious. I know I'm super basic, but these are really great.

The food here is tasty and fresh but both eating in or ordering for delivery, the wait is long. Service and kitchen appear to be understaffed and at this price point I expect more. Today I was given a 49-54 minute delivery (ordered at 5:15pm) and it didnt arrive until 6:45. Don't order if you already hungry!

I'm shocked by how small the portions are. My bill was $180 for everything pictured. Teriyaki chicken was very bland. Fish was fresh though. The rolls were the smallest ive ever had. The shisito peppers were good but you cant really mess those up. Very disappointed all around. Won't be ordering here again thats for sure.
