ā¢ DoorDash orderThe food from Iron Ramen is always delicious! We got the R1. Iron Tonkotsu R1. Iron Tonkotsu Ramen and D4. Kara-age Don. The broth is packed separately so nothing gets soggy. I wish the chashu was a little thicker, but I can't really complain. The kara-age is perfectly crispy and fried in fresh oil. The portion sizes are huge.

ā¢ DoorDash orderThe R1. Iron Tonkotsu Ramen was super tasty, my only complaint is that the chashu was SUPER thin cut so you don't get much of it. I added tofu as well which added a nice texture.
