ordered two boxes of the Berea loaded and sauced tiny tacos, they're supposed to have cheese, cheese sauce, lettuce and they're supposed to come with creamy avocado sauce all we got was a box of hard tiny tacos with nothing on them and they're rock hard like they're old

I put in an order for food around noon, and for some reason, this store was taking two hours to prepare it while the poor driver was forced to sit and wait that long. Considering I wasng ordering that much, it shouldn't have taken no more than 10 minutes, max.
