Not only did they miss an entire meal, the food was old. You can tell the fries have been sitting for over an hour, nothing was "fresh"
Charging around 20 bucks for a fast food meal is wild but charging that price with poor quality food is diabolical

I ordered door dash from this store and only got 1/3 of m food. Called the driver and they blamed it on the store. Got a partial refund from door dash and reordered my miss items. Nearly an hour later the jack and the box employee actually called me from her new dasher phone to explain how the first driver had just driven off, they were reallly backed up and felt bad. They included free items. I really appeciated it.
