What a terrible idea. The fries were ice cold and when I heated them up for 10 seconds they were hard and gross! The sandwich was terrible. The teriyaki bowl was very small and didn't even fill the bowl. How disappointing. You have lost my business!

I ordered a Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Sausage Combo, Chocolate Overload™ Cake, and a Large Strawberry Shake. I didnt get the orange juice that comes with the platter. I got a cheescake instead of my chocolate cake. And I didn't get the syrup i asked for.
