I had 21 dippable items that were supposed to come with dipping sauces that I chose on the app I didn't get one sauce. How in the world are you so neglectful to something so obvious. They need to step it up! Im sure im not the only customer who had to eat dry (2x) Chicken Nuggets (8) and Crispy Chicken Strips (5) (12$ btw!)

the Spicy Popcorn Chicken was mostly all breading no chicken. Southwest Chicken Salad (Grilled) had almost no lettuce and had water.

Ordered a buttery swiss jack and when I received my food it was ice cold, the cheese wasnt melted, the patty was dried up and my bread was hard.
