Missing items, limited menu to large items only, burger was not completely correct and was not cooked thoroughly. Fries were soggy and cool. Will not order from again

My burgers bun were so hard; I think the bun was stale. The french fries I received were tasted pretty undercooked which is super disappointing because theyre the best part! They forgot my sauce.
