Having the receipt over the drink hole rather than a sticker made me happy. It wasnt impossible to get the straw in like other DoorDashorders. It's the little things!

Driver threw on the ground outside of apartment complex leasing office intesd of handing it of to me but because of the packages my food wasn't ruined. Burger was great.

We got the Jack's Party Bundle and haven't had Jack in awhile but this is a lot of food for a great price. Everything was hot and it comes with cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, curly fries and tacos. The tacos are interesting tasting and taste like if you microwave them they are still good 😆

The chicken patty on my sandwich was dry & crispy as hell. You can tell it had been sitting to long. No mayo. Egg rolls werent cooked long enough and yall forgot the sweet and sour sauce. It was not good!

Every time I order from here something is left out. Did not receive any sauce at all even after specifically being prompted to choose a sauce. Food itself is fine if it actually shows up.
