Why don't more places have grits? They were perfect! Biscuit was flakey and oh so good!

Never any sausage in the "sausage gravy", hashbrowns are always cooked in old oil or just cold in general. And the biscuits at the gloster location are almost always burnt.

The Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich was dry, the French Fries had no salt on them. They sent this order out for delivery with no condiments (no place to eequest on app, and no request axcepted by business) and also no napkins, I'm at work and working at my desk napkins are necessary. Just sad

The biscuits were not done on my gravy and biscuit. They also were not done on my sausage biscuit. The biscuits were not browned at all. I am very disapponted. I normally order and no issues however today is a totally different story.

We ordered two Southern Style Chicken sandwich combos. The sandwiches were not the best. The buns were almost soggy from condensation inside the wrappers. Fries were (and almost always are) fresh and warm and just the right amount of crispy. Sandwiches were good overall, just a little sad they were soggy.
