everything was hot a fresh when we got it. chicken is a little spicier than Bojangles and my husband and I loved it!.....our kids not so much lol. biscuits and soft and next time I order definitely need to double down and the mash potatoes cause everyone couldn't get enough

The tea tastes spoiled and my sandwich was in the bag open, just like this. Not only that but they had the nerve to put one piece of bacon on a bacon biscuit.

I love this place. The Big Breakfast Sandwich was amazing - fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked! the only breakfast I've had better than Jack's is Waffle House and my ma's cooking. Yall are amazing, and thanks for having my straw this time! ❤️

the Breakfast Deluxe was very good and made how i ordered it! the Freshly Brewed Tea was good this time, but this is the second time i haven't gotten a straw! I don't know if they're supposed to be included but I'd hope so for a drink... but i appreciate the Hash Browns all being bagged together. overall delicious

The Fried Chicken Dinner (3pc.) was good, basically KFC extra crispy. Good mashed potatoes and green beans - they have Kentucky Wonders and it was a nice change from the usual. We tried the kids Cheeseburger Meal in order to try the burger, because on many of the burgers they do not offer the option to remove ingredients. I like a basic burger, but those come with onions and I guess you would have to call them to ask for them to be taken off. They need to work on the DD menu options. They left out the Fried Pies which was very annoying. Probably won't order again because the food was fine, but leaving things out of the order is unacceptable.
