Ordered the Texas Trinity for date night. Delicious brisket and sausage. The ribs were a little spicy for me, but the cook was *perfect*! The beef Billionaire Beef Bacon was a big hit for us - however the two together were a slight miss as the beef bacon was too similar to the entree. Something with a bit more contrast like the hush puppies or nachos would have been a better introduction. Likewise, I would pair the beef bacon with an entree that isnt as beef centric.

Absolutely delicious, but damn near 40 bucks for ONLY TWO pieces of brisket, albeit larger pieces, is a little crazy.
