Chicken Strips and Fries too much breading, not enough chicken

Everything was fresh and delicious. However, the Western BBQ Steak salad had very little steak. It was 4 or 5 thin strips of steak with a few small bits of steak thrown in. Piled with lots of vegetables and salad mix - very little protein. We had to forage for the steak. Disappointing.

The sent me old, dry and hard Kids Chicken Strips. The store had just opened, not sure why they wouldn't have fresh ones made.

I have ordered Urban Fries - Family Size with mango tri-tip at least eight times. I have always called the restaurant and asked for extra sauce. Today Amanda walked me through the DoorDash app unexplained exactly how to add it. Amanda went above and beyond and I really appreciate her! Most people would be frustrated and have an attitude, but she was friendly, professional and even apologized for someone not explaining this to me earlier. I will definitely continue ordering and now I know how to do it the proper way, which will help me save the phone call. The fries were delicious!
