the food was good! the chicken had some nice flavors and the fried rice! i was a little scared the Signature Brown Sugar Boba was gonna taste off or too sweet but it actually tastes just right for me! I enjoyed the food and I do recommend to other people :)! I also got enough food to get me full and have leftovers for lunc tomorrow.

The food was the bomb!!! Very good quality and the portions were huge. The meat was tender and flavorful and the noodles plus the rice was cooked perfectly. The staff members were friendly and even though they forgot our egg rolls, we didnt even mind because it was so tasty! and they were super busy. Cannot wait to buy it again :)

I recently visited Jade Express and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The menu offers a variety of dishes, and there was a great selection of meats to choose from. The fried rice was well-seasoned and cooked just right, complementing the other items perfectly.
The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal, Jade Express is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Jade Express!! The food is consistently good and the portions are unbeatable for the price!! Food is always secured and stapled SHUT! Which I love with all the bad experiences I've had with Door Dash drivers infringing on my orders space, lol! Anyway ORDER JADE EXPRESS NOW!! The General Tso's is SUPER TASTY and FRESH!! I will continue to order Jade Express on treat night.

Mediocre at best. I won't be ordering Japanese from this restaurant again. The white sauce was too sweet and very runny like it had been watered down. The "hibachi" rice that I was charged extra for didnt even have egg or onion. Very bland. The shrimp was done and the steak was overcooked. I was very dissappointed since the meal cost 20 dollars. I don't know if their Chinese is better but the Japanese is definitely not as good as other places in the Winston Salem area.
