Accidentally chose white instead of rosemary parm and called the store to let them know immediately and they changed it for me..I appreciate that so much. I was so emotional when I realized I didn't choose the correct bread

i love jersey Mike's, but getting it doordash is very inconsistent. I'm not sure why it matters, but my bread has not been fresh at all and they haven't been putting the same amount of ingredients vs when I go in person. my sandwich is mostly hard stale bread, that crunches to pieces. when I go in person the bread is fresh, there is plenty of meat, veggies and mayo, when I get doordash it's barely enough meat to taste. seems like they wouldn't make this kind of sandwich if they were looking me in the eye..

The lettuce on my #3 Ham and Provolone sub was brown and not at all good. Not a good sandwich at all.

The bread was hard. Hardly anything on my California #31 California Chicken Cheese Steak. It was basically mayo cheese and hard bread. I asked for oil vinegar on side- didn't get that. I won't be coming here again. This used to be the best sandwich spot.
