The lettuce on my sandwich tasted sour and bitter. Also the bacon seem like it was barely cooked or warmed up properly. Due to this I was unable to eat my sandwich. I usually love Jimmy John's. Unfortunately that was not the case for this order.

40 min after placing my order and calling to see when they were planning to deliver and being told it was on the way, they called and said they were out of the jalapeñoranch chicken wrap and asked if I wanted to replace it with someth else and it would take another 30 min. I asked to cancel the order and he said no problem. It now says it's on the way. DO NOT ORDER from Jimmy Johns on Door Dash. Now I'm out $50 and starving.

Was called by the restaurant 25 minutes after placing my order to come pick up my delivery on my own as they did not have any drivers to take it to me after all. Was given option to cancel my order, and when I said that was fine they told me I would have to call DoorDash to do so. No apologies given. Disappointing.
