• DoorDash reviewIt's a bit of a bait and switch when it involves the food delivery process. They advertise on Doordash that they deliver but after you place your order Jimmy John's will call you and tell you they don't have any drivers available to deliver so you are left with two choices of either asking for refund which will take over a week to be refunded into your bank account or you will need to go pickup your order at the store. This has been an inconvenient ongoing issue sense 2019 its happened to me three times over that period of time. I don't think they plan on fixing it.

• DoorDash orderI am so impressed with JJ I want to shout out the manager and whoever brought my food to the hospital, even though they didn't really have the staff for my delivery! Thank you guys so much, I would have starved!
