I like the MapoTofu isn't too spicy .I just thought it'd come with a bit more meat in the sauce. Buddhist Delight 羅漢上素 is great and has a lot of variety.

Singapore Mei Fun 星洲炒米 had very bland taste. The Veg Hot & Sour 酸辣湯 was very light on tofu but overall ok taste. The Fried Pork & Veg Dumplings 鍋貼 were good.
Food took much longer than advertised.

Jing Fong's dim sum is outstanding to say the least. Every bite of my favorite dim sum item: steamed buns, dumplings, tarts and/or rice rolls never fails to bring back childhood memories of large dining halls with push cart dim sum ferrying delicious, fresh and succulent protein -filled bites of Cantonese chefs' best. Heavenly tasty. The legacy lives on. Thank you, Jing Fong!
