Being Filipino and grew up eating Jollibee, we know exactly how the food should taste. I ordered from Jollibee in Covina and Today's order was disappointing. The spicy chicken was spicy but the chcken itself had no flavor, what happened?!!! The palabok was the same, no shrimp flavor, and no seasoning, it was very bland.... it had 2 pieces of boiled eggs, but there was no green onions or calamansi. Also, the peach mango pies was a big miss because usually the filling would spill as soon as you bite into it, but for my order, you have to eat half of the pies to get to the filling that was also bland. I called the store and they offered to replace the chicken if i go to the store with my Doordash receipt but what the point of ordering thru Doordash if i have to drive to the store and to get the same flavorless food was not worth it. Totally disappointing experience! I will not order from the Covina branch again, as the quality control on the food was lacking. The West Covina one has been on point.

Great Packaging, chicken was nice and crispy when it arrived. That gravy is fire! The pineapple quencher is always delicious.

One time occurrence reflection of what's heppening in world. . . First time this happen. . .we order all the time so my son forgive, but me the person that paid harsher; i first noticed fries were cold, bread was old hard, finally my chicken seemed old, dry demarcation . Never happens ever the food from door dash was on time to not blame door dash. We love jolibeee just would like higher standard for us door dash orders fresh hot food. No pictures we are it all ;)

Ube pie is so good I love the mango but this is probably my favorite pie now. The 2 pc Chickenjoy w/ Palabok Fiesta was so good and comfy warm meal. Fries got a bit cold but honestly for the distance I can't really say much theyre still so good

This review is a pick up order. I wasn't able to choose spicy or mix original / spicy on the app. Since I got to the restaurant before they prepped the order, they were able to mix original/spicy order for me. Chicken was delicious as always.
