The salt and pepper wings were wonderfu! I've missed wings like these from our old favorite Chinese place. And since they closed down years ago, we havent one that we liked. Thankfully, Uncle Yu is just around the corner from us and now a great options for wings.

The chickenjoy didn't taste freshly made. It taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. It was dry and the skin was hard not "normal" crispy like it usually is.
