WHAT IS ABRUA SOBA?
Abura soba can be described as soupless ramen, with flavors coming from a special blend of sauces and oil. Different toppings you added into your bowl change the flavor.
I love the Tonkotsu ramen at kajiken. It's so delicious, they never mess up my order. It's so tasty to have a little spoonful of broth, some noodle, a little bit of egg and a tiny piece of pork belly all in one bite. I had a different ramen pace but it shut down... and I found kajiken and it's so much better.

I eat at Kajiken in person somewhat often, and the good was *almost* as good delivered. It was packed very sensibly and the noodles did clump up a bit, but managed not to get too stodgy. I do feel like I got a smaller portion of toppings than I do person. You also can't double up on toppings the way the extras/DIY noodles are set up (I wanted 2 eggs and the note I left was ignored).
Still delicious though. I demolished it. Go dine-in if you can, but delivery is perfectly fine in a pinch.

Their packaging is on point- ensures that the noodles don't get too soggy and if you need to re-heat the broth you can do so. The egg stood out so much I wish I ordered 2 extras. Gyoza was amazing.

Roasted Beef So good. The yogurt sauce was fantastic and the egg yolk was rich. The roast beef wasn't overdone.

Everything was great, but door dashing does their food dirty. Their age tofu was supposed to be crispy, but the steam inside the box made them sticky instead. No one's fault, and it still tasted good despite it.
