I feel like you can judge a sushi joint off it's Philly Roll - and Kanji nails it!
Texture is spot on, not tooooo heavy on the rice but just enough for a solid grip.
Every single roll in this order was delicious and fresh - genuinely impressed. I'm excited to have a new goto sushi restaurant!

Great as always! The Shrimp Tempura Roll and Sunday Morning are always reliable. Adding shrimp to the Vegetable Fried Rice sets it over the top, and I tried the Seoul Wings for the first time. Everything was a hit

Th Yellowtail Scallion Roll was incredible! It comes with 6 pieces (2 shown) , pickled ginger, and wasabi. I'll definitely be coming back
