I Normally LOVE Kays And I Guess Because I Ordered Delivery Experience Wasnt So Great. I Didnt Have The Option To Choose To Have My Wings Fried Hard And White Out. Not Enough Fries. Overall The Food Was Good. I Know Now To Just Order Take Out.

Food is great but they need better packaging my gizzards were mushy because the package was placed in a paper bag the steam makes the food soggy.

My in person orders are excellent. Every time I order online or via door dash it's like yall hate me lol. 😩 the chicken was fried so hard there wasn't much meat left and no seasoning😩😩😩 I want to cry.

I really enjoyed the flats. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that there was a seasoning sprinkled on the wings that I could have done without. Next time I will see if I can have all flats and NO sprinkled seasoning on top.
