• DoorDash orderThe store gave my order to a doordash driver for an order from a person whose name sounds similar to mine. The KFC store manager said the driver showed the same order confirmation but later admitted that she wasn't paying attention and the names are so closed. My order was replaced and I was glad that the store gave great customer service and made things right. Doordash drivers should pay better attention to the orders they are picking up. Kudos to KFC and this location's manager for making it right.
