I ordered DoorDash from KFC tonight, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. I had to go through the drive-thru and wait behind three cars. When I questioned the staff about why I couldn't pick up my order at the front, they informed me that they close at 8 PM. Additionally, the chicken we received was undercooked, raw, and slimy. It was very disappointing.

• DoorDash orderChicken and fries were soggy, barely any breading and certainly not crispy. Took an extra 20 minutes and Dasher had to wait at the store for ages.
