i gave it 5 stars but honestly, why is it $18? When i worked for KFC, these were $12. Still recommend 100%. for the customers reading this: get the chicken around lunch or dinner time. It's freshest

This is the worst KFC in this area, save yourself the grief and order from the one on Kingston Pike a short distance down the road! The Cedar Bluff location is always consistent with messing up the same things. They never put your coleslaw in there. Never put the sauces you paid for either. And if your meal calls for a large side, you only get a personal size. The drinks never have ice and are watery. And they always forget someone's meal in our order. We've ordered more than a dozen times or so from this location and it's consistently the same. We found there is another location that is always on point and will stick with them.

Worst I've had in a longtime. Potatoes tasted soured and had odd color, biscuits were hard as a rock and the chicken wasn't remotely fresh at all. Expensive and disappointing

Insteuc werent followed and food quality was terrible. Corn and slaw both very dry and slaw was a little brown, chicken was dry and skin looked mushy and gross. Overall just not worth the money at all

Horrible experience. My food was cold, my fries and mac & cheese were half full. My drink wasn't full and was watered down. I ordered 2 sauces that I did not get, nor did I get the biscuit that was supposed to be included with my food. The straw that was in the bag was snapped in half, the box of food was smushed. All in all, horrible experience and a waste of money.
