Food was cold and extremely soggy. the chicken tenders and the fries were almost like they had been sitting in water. Disappointed because KFC is only a few blocks away, and we took the food right from the driver, it didn't sit outdoor to get cold. Very Disappointed for price.

The worst place to order French fries. In that place nobody care about costumer. I order for 3 times ,every 2 to 3 months. And there is no improvement. This people give expired food, that taste so bad. The food is with full of oil. And the manager even say sorry to me. No refund too. I hope that person could be replace for somebody better. Otherwise nobody will show to the kitchen people, how to handle a proper way to make an order online. Specifically when we are the kind of costumer that pay more.

I find that the pictures of the food for KFC are very misleading. It looks like there's a lot more food than you get.
