My order time continued to get pushed back. It took over an hour. I understand that it is a busy nite but the take out orders cannot keep getting pushed back. My Benihana Roll (8 pcs) was so squished under the soup that it looked like there were no real toppings on it, everything was all over the top of the inside of the lid. Food always tastes great from Kinjo and we order from here alot. I just hope that quality of each individual meal doesn't get lost. I hope they are not too busy with quantity over quality.

Dry, cold, overcooked (shouid be medium rare) and order took 40 minutes longer than expected. Atleast they didnt forget the steak sauce this time.
