The vegan miso ramen was delicious! My husband loves the chashu ramen. Their seasoned egg literally melts in your mouth and is a burst of flavor. We always have to order the seasoned egg with our ramen; it's the icing on top.

The Kitakata ramen was exactly what I wanted. Not too salty, the broth is light and not thick. I liked the green onions in it and I added a hardboi egg. It's a comfort food on the rainy day today. I would order it again--very tasty!
