The Tsukemen Tonkotsu was phenomenal. I could eat this every day. The pork was slightly charred and smokey. The dipping broth was rich and vinegary with lots of onion and garlic. The noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy.
The Chicken Karaage was also really good, and a good portion size. The Onigiri Tuna Mayo was alright.

I've been here a few times to sit down, and the food was amazing. But recently, my wife has been rediagnosed with cancer and doesn't have an appetite, so I thought I would just order takeout. I'm truly disappointed with the product. Everything was undercooked and lacked color and caramelization.

The Garlic Tonkotsu was delicious as always! Super easy ordering and pickup. I added an extra egg and fish cakes too super easy to customize.

They do a great job preparing their food and have a really diverse menu. The only thing I would caution is ordering extra pork belly for $4 each. The last 3 times it was 80 to 90% fat and inedible.

It was good, the Potato Croquette was falling apart onme a little and the Vegetable Ramen could use a little more flavor for the price you pay, but a solid and delicious meal that I enjoyed thoroughly
