The Steak & Shrimp combo is so delicious! I added the extra Side Steak to go with it so now I have plenty leftovers for an extra meal! The Crab Rangoon appetizer was also delicious! There were definitely no mistakes! Koi Express is always a great choice for a meal!

I absolutely love this food truck !!! Not only is the truck and surfaces aka ways spotlessly clean the crew is always so friendly and courteous. The yummy roll , California roll , noodles and hibachi chicken are the best I've ever had

Alaskan Roll was OK. The price that you pay compared to the bit of meat you get in it is just ridiculous. Masa always seems to have better sushi sadly. The Hibachi Chicken Teriyaki never disappoints

I always get Small Fried Rice and Side Vegetables no matter what because it's the best in the whole area :) I asked for sweet chii sauce at the truck because I forgot I already ordered it and he was super nice and still gave me 2 more.

I wish I would have taken a pic, but I didnt!! I love their noodles and won tons or crab ragoons. They really are the best in this around!! The food truck is as good as the restaurant is!! We are lucky to have them on each side of town!!
