The HIB SALMON & NY STEAK was cooked to perfection, they both melt in your mouth. I also enjoyed the Jalapeno Bomb which are filled to the brim with mouth-watering deliciousness. Most definitely a 10 out of 10. This was takeout so I can only imagine the experience in store.

I had the Spicy Tuna Roll, the Angry Dragon Roll, and the Peter Roll, all were delicious. Spicy tuna roll was fairly basic but like I said yummy. My favorite was the Angry Dragon Roll, it had the best flavor of the three. Rolls are a bit on the small side but again still yummy! Thanks guys, happy here!

We loved the shrimp Japanese Fried Rice. I tend to not order steaks at restaurants due to steaks rarely being perfectly cooked. I have the Side Hib NY Steak a shot and it was cooked perfectly medium rare 9/10 and 10/10 if I had some mushrooms to sauté. Excited to try in the restaurant

Food is consistent wonderful. Dine-in or delivery rarely disappoints. But for me it's a pretty big deal that customary condiments be provided in a quantity sufficient to the order. A small 2oz container of soy sauce is not nearly enough for 3 sushi rolls and an order of Yaki Soba.
