Food quality is great - the crispy shrimp dumplings are very good. But be aware if you order the spareribs, you only get 5 tiny pieces. The portion is unbelievably small for what you pay and it is not worth the price + DD fees.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. The dim sum is authentic and delicious. Crab Roe Shiu Mai was perfect, no notes. Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow) skin was slightly thicker/less delicate than it should be, but still tasty. Black Pepper Beef Bun was not as good as what I've had in Taipei's night market, mainly due to the bun, but tbh the flavor of the filling was pretty on point. Same with the Steamed Egg Yolk Lava Bun -- execution was not quite there, the buns could be lighter and fluffier, the filling was slightly separated (instead of oozing, it partly crumbled, partly leaked), but flavor was good. I suspect the buns were frozen and reheated. I ordered the Deluxe Steamed Sticky Rice Wrap because I saw other reviews raving about it, and it was really very good. Lots of goodies inside, seasoned wonderfully. I think it gave me heartburn though, but that's probably just a me-problem. I really liked the containers they came in. Really enjoyed the meal overall, would 100% order again.

The Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow) had ZERO flavor. Not even the included soy sauce and sriracha packets could help. The Steamed BBQ Pork Bun was better, but still had too little filling for all the (fluffy and perfectly cooked) dough. I definitely wouldn't order either again, and probably would not recommend this spot. The desserts from Sweet Street were absolutely delicious though. Loved the Totally OREO® Brownie and Blueberry Cobbler White Chocolate Cheesecake

It's great to have a nearby spot which can deliver still-warm dim sum. My favorite was the Sampan-style crispy shrimp dumplings: the crisp shell made a nice contrast with the tasty filling. The har gow was also very good. The chicken-mushroom buns were disappointing: the filling was fine, but there was little of it compared to the puffy blah bun. The Chinese broccoli was decently nprepared, but the sauce (fortunately on the side) was too salty and uninteresting (presumably soy-sauce-dominated). The menu could use more options with vegetables. Finally, I wish they would replace the annoying packets used for chili sauce by a small container. Overall, promising but somewhat of a mixed bag.

The spare ribs literally was 5 one inch large (at most pieces). For the price this is a rip off and I have always been a fan of Koi Palace over the years - but this type of shrinkage inflation is too much
