Tonkotsu Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen) was absolutely amazing. The thicker broth was a first for me, and I loved it. I need a way to remind myself that I ordered this so I can get it again when I come back. Plant-based gyoza (V) is also a winner, especially being plant based. Very flavorful. Greatly enjoyed the entire meal.

Delicious but for 17 bucks definitely hoped for more broth igot a cup and a quarter . I paid an extra 2 bucks for more mushrooms and got four little bunches total..it feels skimpy. Really yummy though .

Koyote is always excellent and I've only gotten desserts from them a handful of times since I'm typically very satisfied with the meals I get, but this is the first time I decided to try their purin! It was honestly the best purin I've had in a long time and especially in Utah. I will definitely be getting it again soon. There really aren't any misses at Koyote, whatever you end up choosing for meat or veg eaters.
