If you order the KRYSTAL SACKFUL™ (12), you have the option to have six burgers one way, and the other six another. However, I've found that they usually just send all twelve the same. I still love Krystal but I do wish they could deliver what's advertised.

I was very disappointed. Half of my order was missing. My large Strawberry Fanta was basically flavored water with no syrup. Then to top it all off, my chic sandwiches had no mayo or pickles. Just chicken and not so fresh bread.
