The Ropa Vieja was very good and tasty, with black beans, white rice, and a few slices of Cuban bread. The Flan Caramelo was also quite good, with sweet caramel syrup at the bottom of the container. The only thing I did not like about the desert was the size. It was quite small. All in all, this was a good, fresh, and delicious Cuban style meal! I'll most likely order it again very soon!

I always dine in at la carreta, today I didn't feel like driving but was craving the Vaca Frita* and it did not disappoint. The food was great, portion was generous and the flavor was delicious. Would order again it was super fresh and still hot because did the way they package it

The Ropa Vieja was crammed into a tiny plastic container which did not allow any sauce, totally dry! The whole point of ordering it was for the sauce to drip into the white rice. I've noticed that both Versailles and la Carreta have reduced their portions - Off my ordering list.

THE BLACK BEANS ARE A MUST, SILKY IN A THICK BROTH, DELICIOUS. HOPE THEY DON'T CHANGE THE RECIPE. THE WHITE RICE PERFECT AND THE BREADED STEAK, ENORMOUS, VERY TENDER. THE CHICKEN SOUP IS EXCELLENT LIKE HOMEMADE.

The Ropa Vieja* was a bit tough and chewy, but it did taste fresh and tasty. The whiterice and black beans were very good, and they paired with the Ropa Vieja*. The Tamal en Cazuela Lg.* was better than the Ropa Vieja*. It was thick and tasty with chunks of pork. The Flan de Caramelo* was tiny but tasted sweet and delicious! It was not an excellent meal. Particularly, the Ropa Vieja* . It was stringy, chewy, reddish in appearance, and tough!
