Guyurou Laghman / 新疆拌面Samsa-Backed Bun / 烤包子
Both were decent, I would come back. Despite the color, the laghman is not spicy but more tomatoey with hints of celery, garlic, cumin, and pepper. The beef could be more tender. I personally prefer beef slices to be marinated with some baking soda and starch for a better texture (thicker cuts with a light bounce when you chew on it) like what you would find at Chinese takeouts but I know it's not the traditional way. Prices are kind of high for the portion size.
Try their berry kompot to cool down your palate after you overindulge in the chili oil that comes with the Guyurou Laghman / 新疆拌面.
The restaurant is clean and tidy if you wish to dine in, with numerous Slavic/Eurasian beverage choices (unfortunately not listed on Doordash). Will try their pilaf/plov next time to see if it's better than Tashkent Supermarket's.

The Samsa-Backed Bun / 烤包子 is one of my favorite foods I've ever had. I literally cant even comprehend how amazing it was. Also the noodles are cooked so perfectly
