Laynes is the best!! So happy they are close to me now. Their crinkle cut fries are crispy and delicious. Their chicken strips blows other places out of the water, and their sauce.... the best. Their ranch is bomb too.

Normally the food is great! Today, it was terrible. I felt like i was just eating breading the whole time, and they got my drink order wrong too. As a quick note, this has happened in the past before but I've overlooked it. Quality has decreased exponentially since I've last eaten here.

The sauce was beyond peppery, and the gravy was thinner than water. Chicken was nice quality but barely seasoned, cant complain about the fries. Generally underwhelming and I wish I had ordered from canes even if its slightly more expensive.

Gave me honey mustard instead of jalapeño ranch sauce and forgot my sweet tea and my Butter Pecan Shake* this location is nothing like the Frisco location that never messes up.
