The flowers were pretty. But I ordered flowers for a friend whose mother just passed away, and with it a gift note. The flower shop did not include the note. They didn't even put our name on the flowers.

It was all dark colors, nothing springing or light colors.
Pretty bummed. This was a gift for a 75th birthday.
I appreciate the attempt though. I am just truly disappointed.
I doubt I will give this as a gift.

Friendly service. Sadly, the arrangement I paid for was supposed to have 6 roses but arrived with only 5, and the balloon and card were not included as promised.
