Wagyu dumplings tasted like dog food and the steamed dumplings + spring rolls were average.

Pros:
«Presentation»
The restaurant does focus on some aspects of presentation.
Cons:
«Quantative issue»
Misleading item-the portion of the item is pre-packed instead of freshly (chopped up) and served. The «whole duck» isn't whole. It is understandable that the restaurant wants to preserve the representation aspect, however by sacrificing the quantity.
«Taste/Quality»
1. Food is not fresh and pre packed for delivery.
2. Taste itself is subjective, however, advertised as «Hong Kong Style Roast Duck», it does not taste like anything objectively in any Hong Kong restaurants, nor other Cantonese restaurants.
3. The taste is not the worse in Melbourne, but that only is how pessimistic the Hong Kong cuisine scene is in Melbourne. Even by not comparing to actual Hong Kong or Guangdong restaurants, the taste is significantly less sophisticated than alternatives in Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane alike.
4. Overall it tastes like salty duck with food colouring. The plum sauce is of low quality and in extreme small quantity. Which does not help with the overall taste of the product.
As a result, unless you are new to the style of cuisine, it is better to choose a different cuisine style overall in Melbourne.
