Love this personal hotpot! I am vegan and it's really nice that theres an option for me. The broth is really good as far as spice level and flavor goes , but it needs more salt so I just add in soy sauce and it's perfect.

Fried Rice with Beef & Chinese Sauerkraut / 酸菜肥牛炒饭 the rice was mushy
and somehow the lotus root and quail eggs in the Pan Fried Hotpot/一手香锅 were spongey and wilted. this is very unusual.

Took them an hour to just make the food, it's hot pot, most of stuff is raw anyway so shouldn't take an hour. The shrimp past came as one flat hard rock, couldn't put it in the pot
