I am over the moon with her customer service! I was sending a Sweetheart teddy 2025 to my husband in the hospital and she was out of stock, ever so graciously prepared another gift with similar aspects and when she found out it was my sick husband, she even added a get well soon balloon. This kind of service is so rare and should be admired by all. What a beautiful way to treat others, keep doing what you do and thank you so so much! 💖☺️
