Sándwich with that butter sauce omg and CONDENSED MILK COFFEE ... Amazing! The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the length of time they took to prepare my order, but besides that this place was great!

The MILK TEA was wayyyyy too sweet even though I asked for 50% sugar as opposed to regular sugar. I love the coffee jelly. I got a large and the straw didn't even reach the bottom of the cup which was frustrating. The TRADITIONAL banh mi was huge, which was good, but it only had on slice of cucumber and one sprig of coriander which was not enough, need at least double . Ask for 25% sugar or even 0% sugar in the boba and add ur own.

So glad there's Viet spot at the mall. Absolutely delicious food, glad to know it's fresh food for it being from the mall. Great drinks customer service! Detiniley try a Banh Mì (sandwhich) as a first choice

The bac siu milk is really good. Light and smooth to sip on after my meal. I enjoyed the traditional banh mi but my friend didn't like the grilled beef banh mi. He said it wasn't the right type of marinade. Regardless, I recommend for the coffee and traditional banh mi!

Delicious! I love the beef or chicken noodle bowl. Their iced CONDENSED MILK COFFEE is sooo good and wakes me right up. I will continue ordering regularly!
