I really want to love Mad Chicken. However, every time I've ordered, the chicken is tough and chewy. It's like chewing on rubber bands.

I've ordered here twice. The JALAPENO POPPERS *were amazing both times, highly recommend the mango habanero sauce with them. The #4 MAD CHICKEN HOAGIE *was excellent and fresh the first order. Horrid the second order, chicken was cold and hard and the sandwich itself was an absolute mess.

this was my first time eating from this place and the tenders were cold and salty the fries were tough very disappointing I couldn't eat it and order chipotle instead
