The food at Madre & Son is TOP NOTCH! Savory, finger-licking goodness and so so fresh! The collards are to die for! The fish is so flaky and the mac?? Dont get me started! Like I said before, give me 14 of everything!!

Hands down the best soul food in Newark! Whitings? Crispy and flaky tender! Mac and Cheese? Cheesy, flavorful with that good crust on top! Collard Greens? On a whole other level! Give me 14 of them right now!! ¡WEPA!

I just had the Ribs , baked mac , and collar greens. Everything was so good. The ribs were tender, the collard greens were seasoned good, and the Mac was so creamyyy 10/10
