Mama G's is gonna hold it down for me every time!! The food is always hot and fresh and oh so tasty!! I had the Strawberry Cake and it was so moist it melts in your mouth! The Chicken Tender Dinner Was nice, crispy, and my sides were ON POINT!!

OMGoodness! Im a senior shut-in with 40 years in the food biz, and I can only afford a monthly treat.....and Mama, THANK YOU for an affordable meal that tasted like love in every bite! No hyperbole....really! I had the meatloaf, hush puppies, sweet potatoes and cornbread (which I soaked in the sweet potato liquid!) I could critique each item....they were all perfectly cooked/baked and I could taste the freshness. No more McD's for me! Lord willing, I'll be back

First time, but not the last time!
The Kids Fried Wings these were lightly coated, juicy, and well seasoned. Some of the best fried chicken I have had in some time. Fried Pork Chop Dinner was wonderful. Chops were seasoned well, and they were so tender. We loved the cornbread. My husband asked what I thought about it. My answer was, "It isn't mine, but it's good." I normally do not eat cornbread at restaurants. It is often dry and tasteless. Mama G's is anything but. Moist slightly sweet cornbread is what you will get here.
Try it. I guarantee you'll be back too!

Man… Mama G’s Kitchen really snapped with this one!
The catfish was fried to perfection, the mac was creamy, greens hit like home, and don’t even get me started on them yams. That cornbread? Soft, sweet, and didn’t stand a chance.
This ain’t just food—it’s a whole experience. If you ain’t been to Mama G’s yet, go ahead and treat yourself. You won’t regret it.

Mama G's Sampler today was very well boxed and had the order correct down to the salad dressing and tartar sauce! So def improvement. The spaghetti always good, the fish wonderful but smaller today, and a light bit of confusion as said pork chops, but got one, so that may need addressed, btw it was so good, but as we share this at price point, the extra would have been a better fit. I have never given below 4 stars for Mama G's as the food is quality and you can tell. The spicy cabbage and greens are to hot for me, (and I like a little spice) a shame as love cabbage! They seem to listen to reviewers and I am here for it!!
