I see that this product is constantly evolving, more balanced taste and better packaging!

The Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi is tasty and the bread is perfection and feels like it's freshly baked. The pho, however, could use some major improvements. Their Beef Meatball Pho broth tastes like Big Red Gum. I don't understand why it tastes this way. The meatball isn't the traditional meatball either. I'll order their banh mi again but im going to stay away from their pho.

When you order to go they place all of the vegetables and "extras" in your soup. I have never had a Pho place do this, the extras are usually in a separate small bag. They put mountains of bean sprouts in my soup and i am allergic to them. Could not eat my food. Very disappointed

Beef meatballs smell like they have gone bad:( also the plastic for soup is all melted)

Ordered the Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Salad but received the incorrect protein, even though the receipt included was correct. Would have preferred some communication and the option to cancel instead of paying for an order I didn't place and don't want. Had an amazing experience at the Williamsburg location of Mama Pho but I wouldn't order from here again due to the poor quality of the food and the errors made.
