• DoorDash orderI really enjoy Nikutama Udon. It is my go-to Udon, whenever I go to this restaurant.
The noodle is soft. The soup is slightly salty, but well-balanced. The beef is sweet.
Everything about Nikutama is perfect.

• DoorDash orderChicken katsu came uncooked on the inside, with juices running pink when cut. This was even with the dasher waiting 30 minutes at the retaurant to pickup the food. The delay is understandable if the restaurant is busy, but undercooked chicken should not happen

• DoorDash order Nikutama was good! But My Big Chicken Katsu was burnt, tempura sauce was spilled in the bag. Everything was remembered! Would eat in person instead of doordash.

The Nikutama Udon is very rich and very sweet. I would probably not order this again just because it's is veryyy sweet.
The chicken katsu curry and teriyaki are generous portions. Good in flavor.
I will definitely order from here again but not the nikutama or the katsus.
