Matsunoki Ramen is absolutely never disappointing. The chashu pork is almost always melt-in-your-mouth perfect and the broth is always fresh and hot and the triple garlic shoyu is so addictive the only reason I got the Tonkotsu Shoyu instead this time was because it's slightly cheaper and this place is gonna bankrupt me soon if I don't cool it. I'm ruined for all ramen elsewhere. The portion is pretty much perfect also and they never forget utensils. I'll order again whether I want to or not :P

Best Ramen and Fried Chicken in the PNW. Even their to go containers are awesome (2in1 which makes storing lefto easier as noods are not stored in the broth) fried chicken crispy like in the south and the dipping sauce flavor is on point. So much flavor and fresh veggies.

The Spicy Garlic Ramen made me see god! Feeling under the weather after a particularly long and stressful work week and tried this place for the first time. The delivery took a while so I was worried about soggy noodles but they came in the smartest soup takeout container I've ever seen. Separate but still in the container with the broth so they stayed warm. The tofu wasn't plain slab but also wasn't store bought fried, pan seared(?) and tasty! The noodle and tofu portion did not disappoint, next time I'll add some greens or whatever veggie option but hot damn the broth on this soup absolutely hit the spot. GET THIS RAMEN!

The soup was really good and they made it exactly as I ordered which is rare. The other thing I was impressed with is they had the bowl set up so that the noodles were separate from the broth... so by the time it got to me ,I still had all the broth left. I've never had a restaurant do that before. Even the deep fried tofu was crispy by the time it got to me . This restaurant did an excellent job!

Wife is happy with Ramen. Packaging make it easier to deal with. Fried chicken portions were larger than i expected. Quality of the chicken is good, but flavor is pretty bland, the curry sauce is good, more would be desirable.
