The Grilled Chicken Club was amazing and the plate presentation was immaculate. The broccoli cheddar soup was awesome temperature was a little cool. Red Vel Cookie was awesome and the Bag of Chips are my fav the jalapeño ones they handled the food with care and it paid off! Will order here again

this was first time I ordered natchos from them. first thing is the chips I recieved was bottom of the bag chips. more small pieces then whole pieces and let's not forget the chip dust. these are suppose to be the big order of natchos. I got 5 slices of olives, not enough shredded lettuce to make a half of a sandwich with, about a teaspoon worth of shredded cheddar cheese. three slices of jalapenos. and the equivalent of I slice of a medium tomato that was maybe an 6th of an inch thick before dicing. all smashed into a small container. the only thing that was semi decent was the rotella cheese sauce. won't order from them again. my ice tea was good. almost $13.00 just for the nachos. McAllister's failed big time.

By far the worst restaurant experience in my life. Potato soup is just potato flavored water. Literally not one chunk of potato. The nacho basket came with maybe 10 whole chips, rest were crumbs and it only came with about 4 Jalapeño slices. This is my 3rd experience with Carlsbad McAllisters in last year and each time it gets worse and worse. When you call they say "oh sorry, come get a free sandwich" after they rip you off on a 50 dollar order.

Very good sandwiches. My requested changes to the Italian were followed and the Rachel is a favorite of mine. The potato salad is very good and the fresh fruit is high quality. Hugh portions.
